Warranty & Service Policy

All Giant Tools products not identified as industrial use is intended for home and personal (non-commercial) use receive a 90-day parts warranty. The purchase of product shall be free from defect in maternal and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period.

All Giant Tools products identified as industrial use is intended for commercial use receive a 6 month parts warranty. The purchase of product shall be free from defect in maternal and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period.

To Qualify for this Warranty
|
|
The product must be purchased from an authorized Giant Tools dealer and the warranty is for the original receipt purchaser and non-transferable.
|
|
What Giant Tools will Repair or Replace under Warranty
|
|
Giant Tools will repair or replace, at its option, any part that is proven it be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. Warranty repairs and replacements will be made without charge for parts. Anything replaced under warranty becomes the property of Giant Tools. All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as a part of the original product and warranty of parts will expire coincident with the original product warranty.

Exclusions to this Warranty
|
This warranty does not extend to parts affected by accident and or collision, corrosion or rust, normal wear, fuel contamination, use in and application for which the product was not designed unauthorized service, or any other misuse, neglect, incorporation use of unsuitable attachments or parts. Unauthorized alteration or any cause other than defects in material or workmanship of the product will not be covered under warranty.
Consumable parts, such as filters, belts, gaskets, packing, fuses, brushes, fuel injectors, nozzle valve, lubricant, protective zinc coat, thermostat and ignition plug, are not covered under this warranty. All expenses incurred in maintaining and replacing shall fall on the purchaser.
Under this warranty, Giant Tools does not have any obligation to bear any transportation of any Giant Tools product to/from the Giant Tools Warranty Centre.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damage and Limitation of Implied Warranties

Giant Tools disclaims any responsibility for the loss of time or use of the product, transportation, commercial loss, or any other incidental or consequential damage. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the written limited warranty.
